Uniserve™ manufactures a range of high-integrity seam-welded alloy steel tubes & tubular assemblies for OEM customers.

Products range from precision tubular assemblies such as venturi flowmeters and sample probes to plain steel tubes configured to customer requirements.

Compared to volume-produced product, these products offer significant ‘lean’ benefits:

• significantly reduced lead times and inventory – often alloy tubing must be purchased in large quantities with very long lead times, or distributed via stockists.
• non-standard dimensions – standard sizes are often a compromise for the user, resulting in sub-optimum design or configuration of the product
• delivered to size – straight into production schedules with no scrap or waste
• small batches – economic one-off and low volume production
• difficult materials – some alloy materials are not easily sourced in tubular form
• high integrity – additional quality protocols can be readily incorporated in manufacturing processes

Expertise in the materials and welding of tubular fabrications to recognised international standards enables the company to meet the needs of OEM companies in diverse industrial market sectors.  

A complete project package can be supplied to customers who require a fully-outsourced solution. For example  modular skid-mounted assemblies are supplied including detailed design, instrumentation, electrical & mechanical equipment, machining, NDE, painting, packaging and final shipment to the customer as appropriate.
