Uniserve™ manufactures a range of high-integrity seam-welded alloy steel tubes & assemblies for OEM customers.
These include custom-designed tubular products such as venturi flowmeters and sample probes as well as plain tubes configured to customer requirements.

Endforms, attachments and fittings may be supplied along with tubes in accordance with customer requirements, incorporating appropriate jointing technology such as orbital welding, induction soldering and brazing.

Stainless and other branded high-integrity alloy steels, low temperature carbon steels, high temperature creep-resisting alloys and copper alloys.
Quality Assurance
Dimensional & material integrity, welding and heat treatment processes are controlled in accordance with Maineport quality management and customer-specific protocols.
Specialised processes have been developed, qualified and documented for the welding of a comprehensive range of materials and product configurations.
Product quality is verified and documented through specified inspection controls, including spectrographic analysis, radiographic & ultrasonic examination, positive materials identification and pressure or leak testing.
Material traceability is maintained where necessary throughout all manufacturing processes.
