Our in-house manufacturing resources are integrated ‘under one roof’ at our Ellesmere Port facility. Core manufacturing processes include polymer moulding, steel fabrication & assembly, alloy welding & joining, metals heat treatment & product preservation processes.

In addition to manufacturing capabilities, Maineport provides the necessary project, design and development engineering support to the product ranges throughout their lifecycle. 3D modelling, FEA & prototype validation ensure that this lifecycle is optimised from the outset, in co-operation with the customer.
